Casa Pan Dulce is the ideal house to enjoy the nightlife of Puerto or for families with children who want to make the most of the Beaches of Puerto Viejo. It is located five minutes walking from Playa Negra and 3 minutes by car from the center of Puerto Viejo.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub! The three bedrooms have a closet and large mirrors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a picnic for the beach or a dinner. The house comes equipped with a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. It also has a beautiful grill to share family time
The living room offers Smart TV and Air Conditioning (not available in the rooms).
The parking lot has space for 1 car comfortably. If you come with more than one vehicle, you can park in front of the house!
We have a grill and we are pet friendly!

Al llegar todo estaba perfectamente limpio, organizado, la casa es espaciosa y cómoda, se puede ir caminando al centro, es excelente para una caminata mañanera y Pablo siempre fue muy cordial, atento y con buenas recomendaciones Las habitaciones no tienen aire sin embargo se dejan las puertas de las habitaciones abiertas el aire llega a todas y tienen ventilador de techo así que no se sufre de calor. Dato curioso al lado de la casa dan clases de funcional para el que quiera ejercitarse |

Charming 3 bedroom house located within easy walking distance to the beach, approximately 250 meters away.
The house is just a 5-minute taxi ride or 10-minute bicycle ride from Puerto Viejo (bicycles may be hired from the hotels nearby). The house provides a good range of modern facilities and a high level of comfort, in a tranquil setting, surrounded by lush vegetation.
Within a few minutes walk of the wonderful facilities of the Hotel Banana Azul.
Great house for families with kids. The third bedroom is fully enclosed. Fully equipped including all bedding and linens. The master bedroom has its own AC unit. The rest of the house remains cool due to the high ceiling architecture and ventilation.
We now have fiber optic internet available at the house!
Washer/dryer are unfortunately not available!
Clarification Note: During the months of May, June, and July of 2023, there will be construction next to the property, so there will be some noise during the course of the day.
