Welcome to Casa Tropical! We are located in Honecreck, 3km from Puerto Viejo, and less than 1km from supermarkets and restaurants. The property is completely secure, with an electric gate and a fence surrounding the house.
The house is quite spacious, with a rustic tropical touch, in the middle of the Caribbean jungle. It is built in local wood, with a lot of ventilation and natural lighting, surrounded by gardens with tropical designs and in an area of great tranquility and privacy.
The house consists of 2 floors; it has a spacious corridor, living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The main room is on the second floor with a king bed, there is a balcony, a reading room, a balcony and a private bathroom. On the first floor you will find the second room with a double bunk bed (king below and single above) for 3 people. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a couple, and shared bathroom.
It is specially made for lovers of nature, wide spaces and the remoteness of noise and crowding of people!
The property is shared with another Bungalow called Tropy Bungalow, located behind the Casa Tropical. This can be rented separately, or together with the house for a capacity of 15 people.

Welcome to Villas Puerto Viejo, Seabreeze & Starfish! We are located at the edge of Puerto Viejo, right in front of the Playa Negra beach! Set on a beautiful 3 villa property, with a beautiful palm tree garden with hammocks, and the a great view of the ocean. The property also has a cute little shared pool with a BBQ area!
Villas Puerto Viejo is comprised of two beautifully wooden built villas, poached side by side with an incredible view of the ocean. They both have a total of 5 bedrooms, with a total capacity of 10 people.
Seabreeze has 3 bedrooms, with a capacity of 6 people. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, and a large window overlooking the sea. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a full sized bed.. All bedrooms have air conditioning to keep cool!
The house has a well equipped kitchen perfect for you to be able to cook your meals. A simple living room with a TV incase of a rainy day ;) and a large dining room on the outside terrace overlooking the sea!
Starfish has 1 and a half bedrooms, set for a capacity of 4 people. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, and a large window overlooking the sea. There is an additional bedroom with one single bunk bed. All rooms have air conditioning to keep cool!
The master bedroom shares its open space with a well equipped kitchen perfectly equipped for you to be able to cook your meals, and a TV incase of a rainy day ;) and a large outside terrace overlooking the sea!
The location gives a pleasant breeze and views of the famous wave of Salsa Brava, ideal for nature lovers. You have direct access to the beach through the front walking gate and crossing the road!
