The main house is on two floors; it has three bedrooms on the first floor, 2 with king beds and one with two bunk beds, the master bedroom faces the sea, and each room has a full bathroom, hot water, and amenities.
On the second floor is located the spacious kitchen, fully equipped, has an oven and dishwasher, plus a huge pantry attached to the kitchen. The dining room is next to the kitchen and the living room is located near the small terrace overlooking the sea, the living room has satellite TV and the house has fiber optics.
The secondary house is on one floor and has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed, both with independent bathrooms, a small TV room, and a terrace.
The pool is large, it is located next to the BBQ ranch, there is a building with a kitchen and a bathroom near the kitchen for the convenience of guests when grilling by the pool, near the BBQ ranch there is a playground for children (playground).
The property is exclusive and private, the main access is on the main street, you enter through an electric gate and you must drive for about 500 meters to the location of the house, in front of the beach.
The property is gated and has a full-time guard, gardener, and housekeeper who live on the property.
