Welcome to Villa Mariposa, your luxurious retreat at Villas Punta Uva. This spacious villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, each bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, while the other three are on the upper level. Two of the rooms also include workspaces, perfect for remote work.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has everything you need, including a double fridge and a large central island, ideal for cooking or hosting a private chef. The open-plan living area features an L-shaped couch, a flat-screen TV, and free Netflix, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.
Step outside onto the porches and take in the beautiful views of the surrounding jungle. Villa Mariposa is just a 5-minute walk from Arrecife Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in Costa Rica. You’ll also have access to high-speed fiber optic internet (100MB up/down) and large bottles of filtered reverse osmosis water provided during your stay.
As part of the gated community, you can enjoy the shared infinity pool, yoga deck, and gym. Private parking is available for your convenience.
